Mattresses

Free Return Guarantee -All mattresses come with Mattress Pros. FREE Return Guarantee! If you are not 100% satisfied with the product(s) at the time of delivery, you have the option of sending them back, free of charge, with our delivery team at time of delivery.

60 Night Comfort Guarantee - Providing our customers with outstanding comfort is our main goal. Mattress Pros. 60 Night Comfort Guarantee allows you a full 60 nights to be aboslutely sure your mattress is right for you. We ask that you sleep on your new mattress a minimum of 30 nights in order to allow optimal time for your body to adjust. Our 60 Night Comfort Guarantee allows you to return your mattress up untill 60 nights after your original delivery date. All returns are subject to a $75.00 pick up/delivery fee and 20% restocking fee. Mattress that are soiled or stained in any way will not be accepted for return. No Exceptions.

Furniture

All items sold are new and arrive to your residence in factory sealed packaging. Upon delivery our team will place the items in your residence. Our team will not set up any of the items you ordered. All the tools and instructions required for set up will be included in the factory packaging. If you require additional assistance with assembly, our staff can assist you for an additional fee of $50-$100 depending on the items ordered. Please inform us prior to delivery if you require this additional assistance, as our staff will need to allow extra time for your delivery. Our team will provide you with an invoice which you will sign as proof that you received and paid for each the items you ordered. Full payment is due at the time of delivery. Unless additional assistance is ordered, you will be responsible for both the set up of all the items, and the disposal of all the packaging.

Inventory Disclaimer

Due to a great volume in orders, the inventory listed may not always be accurate.  If an item ordered is not in stock you will be offered a 10% discount on the item when it is in stock or the option of having a full refund the following business day.
